Theraband high resistance band green (medium)

The high resistance band is a 104 cm long and 0.4 cm thick endless loop, complete with instructions and a recommended training plan. The oval Theraband indicator shows the band at rest. When the band is stretched to twice its resting length (100% stretch), the indicator is a circle. This helps to improve the user's technique and track progress.
