FLOW - TRX Mobility Workshop

In our FLOW Workshop for TRX® Instructors, you will learn how to use the TRX® Suspension Trainer to improve mobility. Expand your TRX® horizons with versatile TRX® Mobility exercises that you can string together into flow sequences or incorporate individually into your warm ups and cool downs.

The one-day workshop is led by Fitagon's certified TRX® instructors. Included in the course fee is the Flow manual as PDF and the official certificate of participation from Fitagon GmbH.

CHF 325.- / The training fees are to be paid in advance after sending the course registration.

Certificate

Upon completion of the course, participants will receive an official "Certificate of Completion" from Fitagon GmbH confirming their ability to pass on their acquired knowledge.

Cancellation policy

• up to 30 days before the training there are no cancellation fees.
• 30 to 15 days before the start of the course: 50% of the total amount*.
• 15 to 7 days before course start: 80% of the total amount*.
• Less than 7 days before the start of the course: 100% of the total amount*.
• Without cancellation the total amount* has to be paid!
• A refund of the total amount* will be made in the form of a voucher and only upon presentation of a medical certificate by the prevented participant.
