Washing the FLEXVIT straps

If your FLEXVIT straps need a wash, you can easily wash them at up to 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit). It is advisable to use similarly colored wash pieces and use conventional detergent or soap. However, avoid using fabric softener, chlorides or alcohol when washing. After washing, the ribbons should be left loose and allowed to air dry. Please avoid drying on a radiator or in a tumble dryer.

Avoiding overstretching

It is important not to overstretch the straps. This means that you should not stretch them to the full end point. If the resistance seems too low, which is often due to overstretching, we recommend switching to the next higher resistance level.

Protection against drying out

To prevent the natural rubber in the straps from drying out and rendering the straps unusable, they should not be exposed to excessive heat or direct sunlight.

Care after chlorinated water

After use in chlorinated water, such as aqua fitness, the bands should be thoroughly rinsed with tap water and dried in the air.
