Vegan strawberry tart with AMINO ANIMO Power Mix vanilla protein
The ultimate vegan summer tart! Crispy pastry all around, golden crumble on top and a juicy strawberry filling in the middle. With every bite you get a dose of the plant-based protein AMINO ANIMO with vanilla flavor.

Ingredients
For the batter:
30g AMINO ANIMO Power Mix Vanilla protein powder
3/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup plant milk
1/2 cup vanilla extract, 1/2 cup vanilla extract, 1/2 cup vanilla extract, 1/2 cup vanilla extract 1/2 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups all-purpose flour
For the filling:
1 cup strawberries, cut into 4 pieces
50 g brown sugar or coconut sugar
50 g AMINO ANIMO Power Mix Vanilla Protein
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients for the batter in a blender, slowly adding the flour last.
- Remove from the mixer and knead a little with your hands.
- Wrap the dough in cling film and place in the fridge for half an hour.
- For the filling, mix all the ingredients together.
- Roll out 3/4 of the dough with your hands and place in a tart tin, pulling up the sides.
- Spread the filling on top.
- Rub the remaining dough over the filling by hand.
- Bake in the air at 180ᵒC until the pastry is golden brown.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving (optional)
