Mango sorbet with AMINO ANIMO rice protein

The mango sorbet you didn't know you needed this summer! Creamy, cool, rich in protein and prepared in just a few minutes. The exotic mango taste harmonizes perfectly with the coconut and can even be used as a delicious smoothie base. Add a little mint or spearmint for extra flavor.


Servings: 4

Preparation time: 30 minutes (3 hours freezing time)

Total AMINO ANIMO protein: 25 g


Ingredients

1-2 scoops of AMINO ANIMO rice protein

500-600g mango (frozen and diced)

1 tin of coconut cream

80 ml agave syrup

1 lime juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 pinch of salt


Preparation


Place all the sorbet ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until creamy.

Pour the cream into an oblong cake tin lined with non-stick paper.

Place the tin in the freezer for at least 3 hours.

Before serving, remove the sorbet from the freezer and leave to stand at room temperature for 10 minutes to soften slightly.
